Self-Introduction, 2021
A Happy New Year! For the first veggie box in 2021, please let us introduce ourselves again.
We grow vegetables in Kumagaya, Saitama Prefecture. We grow it by organic farming, (some are by Natural Farming), No chemical fertilizer, most of fertilizers produced by ourselves. We try not to make vegetables too big, we often think that the smaller veggies more delicious. You may think our vegetables are a little small, but it is our goal! (Sometimes not although)
We have 3 families, a beautiful wife, a super cute sun, the-terrible-2yrs, and me. We love to communicate with others, so our name in Japanese use “connection/communication = 縁”. We will have open farm event in 2021, if you have interest to us, please join the open farm and feel our farm.
