It's a seasonal turn for for farmers!
It still super hot and humid in Tokyo area, we feel autumn atmosphere from our farm - getting cold in early morning, the sun setting down a little.
Now we change our farm from summer veggies to Autumn/Winter veggies. That’s a quite headache for us actually. Summer veggies will survive and harvest by mid autumn, but after mid autumn, no veggies can planting. We must decide the turning points.
Umm, Tomato, green peppers still fine, but cabbage, Daikon, Chinese cabbage are waiting for us to be planted…
Farming is very close to nature, but not means not be nature itself… To be or not to be…
